Please read these Guidelines carefully before opening or continuing an account with LinuxIS Consulting, LLC (hereafter "LinuxIS"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Acceptable Use Guidelines. If you violate this policy, your service may be terminated at any time and without notice or refund.

1. The account will not be used to store, transmit, or receive any illegal material. If you are found to be using your account for illegal purposes, it will immediately be suspended, without notice, and the appropriate law enforcement personnel will be contacted.
2. You will not attempt to obtain access to any part of LinuxIS's server(s) that you have not been explicitly granted. You will not use your shell account(s) on our server(s) to tamper with, commit unauthorized entry into, or interfere with the operations of LinuxIS, or any other system. Your account will not be used to distribute, store, or execute program source or binary files which are used for the purpose of breaking into computer systems.
3. You will not use your account for the purposes of sending any unsolicited e-mail. Mail without a valid From: address is also not allowed.
4. You will not use your account to run any background processes. This means any process which continues running after you have logged out.
5. You will not use your account on LinuxIS's server(s) to violate the terms of service of any other Internet provider.
6. Your account is for your personal usage only. Reselling of any web space, account space, or giving your password to others is not acceptable.

In order to establish an account with LinuxIS, you will need to download a copy of this policy, sign it, and mail it in with your initial payment.
