Identification of all local and remote services that are currently running on your server.

Identification of all locally installed binaries running with elevated (setuid/setgid) privileges

Password audit (to find insecure passwords)

Security recommendations

If you think your server may have already been compromised, a security audit will not help you. You should back up your important data and reinstall your system from scratch, and upgrade all programs to the latest version.
