Pricing Information
LinuxIS does not sell support contracts. Instead, we allow our
clients to purchase prepaid consulting hours. Prepaid time is billed
in 15-minute increments ("incidents"), and expires one year from the
date purchased. To purchase a block of hours, please contact our
sales department (e-mail sales at linuxis.net). Ad hoc/emergency
tasks for customers who have not pre-purchased consulting hours are
billed at $150 per hour with 1/4 hour ($37.50) minimum.
